Returns

EV Rider charges a 15% restocking fee for ALL returned items.

Units and Parts must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and with an authorized RMA #.
Shipping for items qualifying for free shipping will be deducted from the remaining credit of eligible refund items.
Credits will be granted upon inspection of the returned product(s)

EV Rider Move-X Rollator - WOW !

First time ordering from Mobility Nest - Ordered on a Monday morning and it was delivered as promised on Thursday morning. Four days, Florida to Maine. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The package was so well cushioned it took two of us to get it out, but out it finally came and in mint condition. Again, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The workmanship, attention to detail, sturdiness, and practicality are all fantastic. No one 'looks forward' to a time when they have to use a walker, but whether it's an unexpected surgery, a medical condition, or simply age-related, we're all headed in that direction whether we 'sign up' for it or not. Life happens and I want to make the most of it without feeling any older than I am. The Walker has such a sporty look about it that It actually makes me smile. I will never again worry about a walker tipping over. The large RUBBER wheels are both sturdy and practical on any terrain I'll ever use; whisper quiet even on a tile floor; and the castors turn a full 360* or lock in place when needed... Yes, I could say more, but the bottom line is - I would absolutely recommend the EV Rider to anyone needing one. Far superior to anything I've tried out so far. Now, about the instruction sheet...needs work. Having a picture enlarged with an arrow would help. Fold up (figure 3) is the trouble spot. Easy fix. Do that and i'd give you a 10+ out of a possible 5. This walker is worth every penny and definitely factory direct is the most economical way to go.
