I must say, not only is the Escape Rollator fantastic, but Mobility Nest's customer service is even better! After several other Rollators failed to meet our needs, we bought the Escape for my father, and it has been a game-changer. The device kept him upright and balanced, allowing him to walk outside for about 1/4 to 1/3 mile every day for four years. We only needed to replace the wheels as the tread wore down and brake pads as needed, which was rare. The rollator remained as sturdy as a rock and rolled straight as an arrow. Dealing with Cameron for parts and service was always a breeze. He even remembered us after our first contact. Mobility Nest's team truly cares about their customers. Don't waste your money or risk your safety on other Rollators! The Escape has been an exceptional workhorse for us!

In 2015, we purchased a Triumph Escape Mobility Device after seeing one being used by a gentleman in a restaurant. My husband is now able to get around much better with the Escape. We travel frequently, and the device is effortless to fold up and transport in the car, bus, plane, or boat. The comfortable seat is also a great feature, allowing my husband to sit and rest while waiting or listening, or even at parties. We've ordered replacement parts several times due to its frequent use, and the company has always been efficient in delivering our orders in just a few days. It's also straightforward to replace the tires and brakes. The handles can be adjusted to suit all heights, which is great for my taller husband. After breaking my femur and hip, I was released from rehab with a Drive Medical Rollator, which unfortunately didn't last more than 8 months. I was informed that I was walking too much and that it wasn't designed for outdoor use due to its narrow and small wheels. That's when I decided to purchase the Triumph Escape, which I fondly named Lancelot. It was truly amazing, even on cobblestone streets in NYC that I had no business walking on. I never fell, and even went grocery shopping with Lancelot. I loved it so much! When I had to switch to a powerchair, I wondered what to do with Lancelot. I ended up giving it to someone else with FSHD and she was overjoyed. She even named it Lancelot and went for a walk with her daughter the very next day. Her husband even dropped off a bouquet of flowers to express their gratitude. I must also mention that Mobility Nest's customer service is fantastic. I needed a new basket and backstrap, and they promptly delivered them the next day.

I must say that the customer service provided by your staff was truly exceptional. They not only made sure that the Triumph rollator in blue was in perfect working condition before sending it out, but also added a cup holder as an extra touch. I was thoroughly impressed! The rollator itself has a fantastic feature - when the two parts are pushed together, they lock in place, making it effortless to load it into the car. To open it, all I had to do was pull the little red knob and it came apart, ready for use. Your staff also adjusted the height to suit me perfectly, allowing me to walk and stand upright with ease. Would I recommend this product to others? Absolutely!

I wanted to take a moment to express how much we appreciate our new Escape rollator, especially as frequent travelers. It's incredibly easy to fold and very lightweight, making it effortless to lift in and out of our vehicle. The locking mechanism ensures it stays in place and is very secure. The cane holder and drink holder are also very convenient features. We've received numerous compliments from people who have seen us using it, particularly about its lightweight design and the cane option.
