Shipping & Processing Times
Please allow usually 1-2 business days to process an order and 4-8 business days to ship an order.
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

All our customers are entitled to return the scooter if they are not satisfied with the product. The time frame to declare that they wish to return the scooter is 20 days from the date of purchase. However, if the scooter is to be returned the customer must cover the cost of delivery and the cost of return.
The customer can only return the scooter under these conditions:
1) The scooter must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
2) All accessories, manuals and any included items must be returned in their original condition.
3) The mobility scooter must not show any signs of wear and tear, damage, or misuse.
